The rent will be payable in either 3 installments over the year, or in one payment at the beginning of the contract
The 3 installments will be
- 40% upon arrival at your accommodation
- 40% in January
- 20% in May
If all rent is paid up front at the beginning of the contract you will receive a 3% discount
Rent has to be paid in either of the following ways above
Mary Morris no longer allow monthly payments of rent
